PRIME Palmetto Home Inspections, LLC is a locally owned and operated home inspection company in Greenville, South Carolina. Although located in Greenville, PRIME Palmetto Home Inspections services the ENTIRE Upstate and Midlands region.
We are dedicated to providing education and peace of mind to all of our clients when it comes to one of their most valuable possessions. Their home! Our goal is to protect you and your family from all of your home's hidden secrets.
Our detailed home inspections are completed and sent to our clients and/or agents within 24 hours following inspection completion.

PRIME Palmetto Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by licensed inspector Quincy Barrett.
Quincy is a native of South Carolina and originally from the "low country." (Walterboro, South Carolina, to be exact.)
Quincy moved to the Upstate area after graduating from Colleton County High School. He attended the University of South Carolina Upstate where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. He then went on to obtain his MBA from Webster University. Quincy is also currently serving his second enlistment in the Air National Guard.
Although Quincy was never 100% sure what he wanted to do, he knew he would one day have his own business servicing the needs of those around him. He has always believed in the motto, "Service before self."
He credits his family and fiancé for steering him towards the home inspection business. Quincy has always held a knowledge of the real estate industry. His dad is a licensed and bonded contractor in Walterboro, SC. Growing up, many of Quincy's summer days consisted of helping his dad with various jobs. Over the past years, Quincy and his family have tackled several renovation properties. His fiancé is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina.
PRIME Palmetto is currently a family-owned business and Quincy takes pride in that. His primary goal is to ensure his clients are well educated and feel like they receive thorough, friendly, and recommendable service.
Quincy provides comprehensive and detailed inspection reports. These reports are provided within 24 hours of the inspection completion, if not the same day.
Quincy looks forward to servicing South Carolina homebuyers and sellers with all of their inspection needs.

In his free time, Quincy enjoys spending time with his family. He has a busy 2 year old. He enjoys going to comedy shows, jazz music, and hitting up the local restaurants for good eatery. He knows how important it is to have peace of mind and enjoy life. By providing quality home inspections at an affordable price, he's able to also help provide that for others.
